we are getting the rest of the output, just not the interactive mode prompt....

Leigh, yes this was working before....  before we moved the nodes from
the reloading project to hwdown...   they are both in hwdown
currently...

we see pxe output about the boot process, and the pxe loader, then
when it does the MFS image we see that (all using pxeboot.emu-null)
we'll check with the -sio again, and with -vga and see what that does,
but since we are currently seeing normal output, that doesn't sound
like the problem....

FYI, we are currently using the null image AND getting output through
console.bin so what is really different in the different images (vga,
sio, sio2, null, etc)?
