That sounds good. I'll just copy the /boot/kernel directory from boss or ops then, since those boot just fine (same hardware). They are FreeBSD 6.3, so that should work right. I'll do that and then see if we can get the image to boot.
Hmm, in that case it sounds like a simple matter of taking the kernel source code from users.emulab.net/share/freebsd/6.3/src/sys and figuring out the difference between the kernel config file on your boss and the TESTBED* config files in src/sys/i386/conf. Find the missing driver(s) and you are set. :-) Lbs
