Sorry, it is not possible at this time. The basic problem is that here
in Utah, we never delete users and so the code sorta grew around that.
In retrospect that was a bad decision, and we have done a lot of the
work to fix the code, but it is not complete yet.

Fortunately it does not come up that often, not even here. When it
does, people just alter their username as needed, and use their ssh
config file to hide the difference.

Sorta like getting a gmail account these days :-)
