Hey Lori, good thinking!!! Yes it does, it's #9 on the list of ingredients
Flax is also in the listing.

Many dogs are sensitive to brewers yeast. I can't use it at all, in my
raw prep most of our's get itchy from it, so this could be heritable and
worth all of you noting since our dogs are all related. Also flax can
cause itching, licking. Kaycee can not tolerate flax in my raw prep. None
of our other dogs react to flax but Kaycee was licking her legs, she has
never had a sensitivity to anything. Stopped the heavy use of flax with
her, all the licking stopped, so this is where I place the "blame" on the
licking and itching. I don't know about the ear thing though, we so rarely
ever have ear infections here even pre raw. Some of our dogs have never
had an ear infection: Kaycee is one of those, it's easier to say who has
<smile>: Sprite, Meg, Scarlette. TRiX had a mild one in October which I
got under control with the prep and directions previously posted, she ate
some dog food on the road in Canada.

What strikes me as funny is for flea's often you will hear to feed brewers
yeast and garlic, that it makes the dogs less attractive to the
flea's. Well that is all fine and good but if they are suffering from the
yeast and still itchy, I just don't get it... I do know that dogs that are
healthy don't attract flea's as much, so if you find you are having a flea
problem that is not from contact with an infestation (an infestation of
flea's will get any dog) I suggest you look at your diet and asses overall
health... In other words educate your self on raw feeding and take the
plunge. <smile>
