Did you mean "ops" in the message below where you wrote "boss"?

Also, should we run make with the ops-install target before running the tipserv-install target?
You can run the tipserv-install target independently and after the ops install. If the tipserv machine is dedicated to just being a tipserver (we run 4 tipserver machines) then you want to do just the tipserv-install target. Lbs
