[Testbed-admins] Mail to testbed-admins

Okay folks, I noticed last night that there were about 20 pending
messages to testbed-admins that had not been acted on. These were held
pending for various reasons known to Mr Mailman, and the list
moderator who appeared to be sleeping these last few months. Hey, he
*is* the oldest person in the Flux group, so he has to nap a lot.

A lot of these messages were more then a month old, so I did not post
them. Suffice to say, if you sent a message and you never saw it and
never solved your problem, go ahead and resend it.

I've changed the moderator list to include a few more people so
hopefully this won't happen again.
