It's not easy to explain this stuff that's for sure, at 5:00 AM I was 
trying to explain the difference between BOW and BIS to George!  Nothing is 
easy to explain at 5:00AM...  Oh nor is it responsible to report at 
midnight either I guess!

BTW,

On the Portland puppy needing assistance I am waiting for a call from 
NY.  We have offered our assistance.
