[Testbed-admins] Using a Nortel switch that is not officially supported
Hi,
I have several Nortel Networks Layer2-3 GbE Switch Module (Model: EL4512011) units and I would like to use them for experiment switches. I am trying to "Create node types for switches" in the database as mentioned in the documentation. None of the nortels mentioned seem similar to these units. Is it possible that one of the models mentioned ( nortel1100, nortel15510, foundry1500, foundry9604) are similar enough that emulab will work with them?
If not, is there a place where all the scripts are located allowing me to write my own scripts for controlling the switches?
