Hi. We do not currently have any funding for such a task. Sorry.

The parser code is in testbed/tbsetup/ns2ir ... the end result is an
XML file that is very closely tied to the database representation of
the experiment. The database format is described in the sql directory
and the actual upload is done by testbed/db/xmlconvert

And yes, we take back patches!
