Title: New node not reporting in to boss

When bringing up a new node it doesn’t report to boss and does not appear on the new testbed nodes web page. After pxe boot completes, just before the login prompt the following messages reads:

Gethostbyname(UNKNOWN) failed
*** Fatal Error 1: Unable to parse boss name from ‘’

Any suggestions?
