It is intended to run on ops. But the makefile really does install it, so looks like we have something out of whack. We will fix things up, but in the meantime, just hop over to your ops node to run it.
Okay, since you are running a reasonably recent version of Emulab, you should be able to cvs update in just the "tip" directory. Then go over to your to your object tree and reinstall that directory. This will install a proper console wrapper script on boss. Lbs
