Re: [Testbed-admins] problems with boss-install and "batchexp"

Leigh, group,
We got it setup, but then the "first project" stuff wasn't there, so we backed up "step -1" and reran boss-install, but some remnants of elabman are still left behind, the user # keeps incrementing, we can edit the /etc/passwd file, but that seams like a hack.  how do we completely remove the user from the database?  should we delete tbdb then rerun boss-install?

Hi. Can you please send the results of:

boss> ls -laR /proj/emulab-ops

Also, what directories did you create and when did you create them?
Oh, are you sure you have perl installed with SETUID turned on? That
is mentioned in the wiki as something to check when doing an install.
