Hi Karin,
My best advise also on this ( thanks IIene) is you will just know,
you will just have the feeling that it's ok. Each dog is an
individual and how long they sleep in their crate depends on them and you
and comfort levels. We have several dogs that prefer to sleep in a
crate including Kaycee who has not been relegated to a crate for oh the
past 10 to 11 years but she still prefers to nap and sleep in a crate if
one is available. So like IIene said "you will just
know". Also like Patty says, Daisy who is 1 year and 15 days
old :-) still prefers her crate. Who knows if and when she will
ever change her mind, Daisy that is...
Reo is confused, she sleeps in her crate or in our bed or next to our
bed, she doesn't seem to care where these days... DiTTo too.
Oh and Katie who is here for 2 weeks prefers our bed. :-) Sorry
Peggy... Bad grandma....
Gina :-)
