Hi Patti,

I wrote you privately on the other topics but wanted to fill everyone in
on who Percy is...  I think some time ago I noted to the list that
Judy and I came across a black lab puppy that was adopted from the
shelter but the family felt he was too much for their two small children
so they were going to find him a new home and they wanted an older
golden, as they thought that this would be a better fit for their young
family.  They had labeled Percy aggressive because he
"bit" their children, well Percy is as submissive as they come,
a lot of puppy very busy but in no way was he aggressive in the way they
were using the word.  The word aggressive is a very misused word
when it comes to describing temperament.  Judy and I were both
concerned that these people would not do a good job finding Percy the
proper home so we stepped in and Judy has been working with him.  He
is wonderful, very sweet, athletic, but very good in the house, gets
along with everyone, and has good manners.  He sleeps in Judy' bed.
:-)  at night and when he needs to nap during the day, he claims her
recliner. 

Patti and Bill have rescue in thier hearts, and when JR passed on we
offered Percy to them, so when Bill and Patti get settled in MT Percy is
going to join thier crew.  So there you have it...
