Jan here, I can help.  I just started this thing and the best advice I can 
give  is you really need to read the book  "Give Your Dog A Bone", by Ian 
Billinghurst.  RMB's are raw meaty bones.  I say this because from your 
questions, (and are by no means "dumb")
you need to know why you would be doing this diet in the first place.  I 
won't say anymore because I feel a wave of fanaticism (is that a word?) 
coming on...
