May be the git1.5.3 I installed by pkg_add changed some library, but it
just needs two dependencies:
p5-Error-0.17.009.tbz
cvsps-devel-2.1.tbz
And I have uninstalled it and double re-installed all the packages that
are for Emulab.
For OS, it should not be. Because I used FreeBSD 6.3R that was
downloaded last year.
Anyway, I avoided this sql check, and all the rest of the updating was
successfully done. I will go on to see if there is any problem after
updating to emulab-stable. Thanks a lot.

I have a suspicion that the problem is that the queries aren't working
because of some library version mismatch. But, you have not update the
OS or packages on your boss, have you?
