You have to build/install/reimage for each OS. Which means you have to build pcapper on each client OS. See part "B" of: http://users.emulab.net/trac/emulab/wiki/UpdateNode
ah... I was afraid of that. I've never had a successful client build, but this is different hardware, so I'll see.
