Re: [Testbed-admins] User account deletion

At DETER we're taking a leaf from UC Berkeley and creating
systematically named accounts (i.e., CS161-stu01). When a prof uploads
the roster we assign each user a systematic account and a new password.
Once the course is over the files can be wiped out and the passwords
reset accordingly.

Less database churn, and the total number of 'excess' accounts is
sup(enrollment) over all offerings of the course.
