I added tbadmins back onto the CC list ... There can only be one DHCP server running on the network, when one of those DHCP servers is handing out dynamic addresses. The Emulab DHCP server is going to confuse other pcs on the network as well. You really want Emulab on its own subnet. There are probably DHCP options to deal with this, but you will run into other problems later.
