[Testbed-admins] Setting up a new emulab

Hi,

I want to setup a new emulab based testlab.

I am not a network administrator just a regular developer.
I have some knowledge of linux and a little experience of setting up 
linux machines. I don't have experience regarding network setup.

Could anyone please tell me how much time would 
it take me to setup the lab if a follow the steps
mentioned in the documentation.
