[Testbed-admins] Maybe time to CVS update ...

So for those of you tracking Emulab via CVS, now or early next week  
would be a good time to sync up. The code has been pretty stable for a  
while, but late next week some new stuff is going to go in that will  
want some time to age in the bottle. Syncing up now will be pretty  
easy and unlikely to cause any grief for anyone.
