Uh oh - I just spent a while yesterday with the admin of another Emulab
installation trying to get their 2960 to work. The summary is that it
seems to be lacking support for the SNMP MIBs we use to set port speeds,
and the MIBs it does support don't offer any obvious way to do so. He's
going to see if he can find anything else out about these switches from
snmpit.

So, later, down the road, when you get this switch set up, if it gets
failures *after* creating the VLANs, we might have to neuter the code
that sets port speeds or update to some version of snmpit that fixes
those switches. Or, if it *doesn't* get such errors, that would also be
an interesting data point...
