No specific reason. Just was browsing through options and ran into this and thought to let you guys know..:)

I'm curious why you were trying to do this.  This page was added specifically
for some robots we integrated into Emulab that required manual power cycling --
I doubt anybody else has ever wanted to use this.  That said, I'll fixup this
page...
