[Testbed-admins] SNMP SET failing with cisco 2960
I currently have a Cisco 2960 configured as my experiment network
switch. Experiments with no network connections are working perfectly.
However, when I try to create a experiment containing a link I get this
error twice for each port:

I believe that I have SNMP enabled correctly since the VLANs are being
applied successfully (I see them on the switch). These are the config
lines I have:
snmp-server community public RO
snmp-server community XXXXXXXX RW
I have the matching snmp_community value in the switch_stack_types
table. The full log of output is attached.
