Not a problem!  Yes the meal sounds wonderful!  In fact Janet
and I were just chatting the other day about how we now only serve our
families meat with NO bones.  My family I think has forgotten that
chicken, pork and beef even have bones.  Or they think I have gone
mad and am only buying the best cuts...  Neither is true but what I
do is I buy all my meat with bone in and I bone it and give the bones to
the dogs.  

Patti and Bill - drive safely back to Montana and hey Bill if you feel
the  need to do some gate repairs along the way come on by we really do
need a whole new gate!
