Yep, he's been swimming a lot lately and Milka has been grabbing his neck there. It's right below his right ear on his neck but above where a collar would be. We're going to the vet today to take care of it. Poor guy, I feel so bad for him....I've cleaned it out and dried it and put powder on it in the meantime until the vet opens today.

All is well. We spent 2 hours at the dog field tonight and had so much fun. They are both pooped out now. Rocket has a hot spot so that's the only bad thing. And of course the wacko sniper killing people in our area! They better not aim for Milka or Rocket!

Where is the hot spot and what are you doing to keep it clean and dry?  Is he or Milka trying to lick it?  Dogs will sometimes lick other dogs hot spots.   Do you know why he got it?  Has he been swimming a lot?
