I just want to add that Milka does not want to go in the pool either! I told
Gina that she sold me a defective Golden :) I figure Milka will go in when

gina, thanks for the summer tips.  forgot about the molars coming in...that
explains A LOT!!  sophie got through, no kidding, 4 pairs of sandals the
boys left out.  even got a pair from the car.  (2 pairs less than a week
old, thank goodness all were cheap)  needless to say, we have been picking
up after ourselves a lot more.  (i think chris is secretly giving her treats
to have her chew things to train me and the boys to pick up after
ourselves!! :)  here's a new one for you.  sophie is very timid around
water.  what's the best way to get her in?  we have one of those larger
kiddie pools in the back, non-inflatable hard sides only about 18" high.
i'll throw a ball in that we've been playing with and she'll just watch it
than look at me as if to say "Why would you do that?" and when we go to the
river she barely gets her feet wet.  any trick of the trade are appreciated.
