News Update From Brier

Hi All,

My haven't we all been quiet! I feel like I am posting to myself just to read my own words! My mother (rest her sole) use to say she thought I talked just to hear the sound of my own voice. Boy if she only had a computer with her now eh?

News on SeaJay: Monday the 29th SeaJay leaves for boot camp at Gun River Labs & Training. He will be there for a month and is going to be formally trained for running Hunt Tests in hopes that by the end of the summer we will have his first JH leg on him. It takes 4 legs to get a JH (AKC Junior Hunter title). So wish brother, father, uncle & frisky friend to all with a tail and a wiggle well on his training adventure and pray there are no Labrador's in season at Gun River, please, he needs his brain...

News on Lucy: Lucy and I are going to have a fun filled May. We start off with a warm up set of shows in Olympia the weekend of 4 & 5th. Going up to stay with Casino pup Katie and her family, Peggy Kurt and the two cats who I cant remember their names sorry kitty. Then for Memorial week Thursday through Sunday she and I are going to be in Canada to Vancouver Island for 4 shows and a puppy sweeps.

News on Liberty: Who's that? Well it's a bit of a long story but we have adopted one of Lucy's sisters. No pictures available yet of her on a web page of her own but she is of course on Lucy's page in the litter photo, just which one I am not sure, but think it's orange. Liberty will make her debut in the UCI shows the weekend of May 11 & 12 along with her 1/2 brother Rion, no we do not have Rion, he lives with Judy. But we like him... Needless to say May is going to be a busy month here show and travel wise.

Patti and Bill (Goldie and Dialabo) and two kitties sorry forgot names again, were here for a brief visit on their way to Montana (new home) this past weekend. It was great to meet both of them and to see the kidz again, Goldie is a sister to SeaJay and Dialabo is a brother to Bogey Shinsato. Oh Lori, it's a good thing we sent Dialabo to Patti can you say BIG hair just like dad?

Bill was a great help, he helped George rebuilt our front gate. I will let Bill tell that story.... Patti and I groomed the two goldens so I now have yet another groomer I feel comfortable referring to. So if in Montana and need a groomer call 555-Patti.

Other than the above, not much earth shaking news from here.
