Hi Leigh,
They make an anti bark collar that squirts citronella when the dog barks.
Evidently not harmful but unpleasant enough to stop the barking. The woman
I know that was using one is a dog trainer who is from the "positive"
training philosophy. She said it worked great on her 6 mo old puppy, but
would probably have to be used again periodically as a reminder.
