Hi Everyone,
Yes, I have to tell you that all is well here in California now, after Gina 
told me this is normal.  When Ruby Rose's fir started falling out in clumps, 
I started with "curiosity," then went to "concern," next "anxiety," and right 
to "panic" in a matter of hours.  We are so lucky to have Gina to help us.  
She even allowed me a tear of relief and then told me to take a few deep 
breaths.  Thank you, Gina!  Carolyn
