Hello everyone, we had a GREAT weekend, 200 crabs
caught between the group of us!!! yum yum woof!!! We met all kinds of
people that had goldens and as you all know they strike up conversations with
you when they see such beauty in our babies!! There was a lady and her
husband who came up to us just gaga over Hunter. They have a very pretty
female who is about 13 years old, and they are preparing for the worst with her,
well I told her about Gina and how great she is (suck suck) and suggested that
they go see the website. They were very excited and said, "I don't think
she could mail a puppy to Michigan though!" Ha! I couldn't beleive it!! I
said, " I think she could handle it, she sent 2 there in May" Her jaw
dropped and I told her to check her search for golden retrievers for Ilene's
site. She wants one of the babies from Hunter's brother. They are
going to wait for a couple of years so that should give little Rocket to become
stud muffin Rocket!! They were very nice people that have had nothing but
Goldens through their lives and will not settle for anything less. So
Ilene, If you get an e-mail saying that they saw Rockets brother in Oregon, they
will be the one!! She was excited to know that there would be a relative
so close to her!! Let me know if she contacts you!!
Other than that, We had a great time, it poured in
Portland, but it was beautiful the entire time at the beach!!! Very
unusual!!
