Petopia Nighmare continues

Hi everyone, I hope all is well.  Chanting has started for you Ilene from Sandy I wish you luck.  Anyways, I thought I would let Leigh know my Petopia nightmare!

Several weeks ago he had problems ordering from Petopia the food that we have chose to feed called Canine Caviar.  I ordered and received the 40 lb bag on schedule, but when I went to open it and put it in the storage box it smelled so rancid and stale I almost lost it.  I looked at the expiration date, and it was fine, but it was sick and I am not sure if you can feed food that doesn't smell right. (anyone know that one). Anyways I called them and they said it had all been pulled off the shelf for that reason.  Ok where was my e-mail telling me NOT to feed it to the dogs.  They don't have that capability (BS).  So I asked when they would get it in?? We do not know!!!!  I asked for a refund on the food and the best they can do is a gift certificate for 35.00!!! Just what I want when I can't get food there anymore.  He has every toy they make already.  I am HOT!! I can't believe they  can conduct business this way!!  I asked him if he understood that people depend on the services provided by them and it should be mandatory that they at the very least keep them informed of their inability to keep their end of the contract.  I am sure we could never get out of the bottomless bowl contract.  He gave some excuse that they were moving and it has been difficult to keep the inventory stocked correctly.  Well, if they don't want customers, the best way to achieve that is to not have any inventory and that will make it so you don't have to worry about keeping the shelves stocked.  Ok sorry about that.

Hunter has officially lost all of his baby teeth!!!!  He is starting obedience class on Thursday!!  He has been the official team mascot for the past 2 weeks for Austin's soccer team.  He gets out there with the kids and bats the ball back and forth with his paws!! He can hardly stand to see all these balls going all over the place and he doesn't know which one to get first!!  Of course all of the attention he gets from everyone is loved by him.  They all are shocked when I say he is not even 5 months old yet.  He is going to be a big dog is all they say!!!

Gina, we are going to borrow the digital camera from Shaun's office so I will try to send you some pictures to post.

Have a great week!!
