Just to clarify:  Leigh and I signed up for the Bottomless Bowl program with
Petopia.  That means we pick a shipping date, like every 3 weeks and they just
send it out to us.  However, this time they were suppose to ship on July 24th,
but we didn't get a confirmation.  When Leigh called to ask why, they said they
didn't have it in stock and would ship it when they got in a supply.  They
couldn't tell us a date as to when that would be.  Well, by then the dogs could
be out of food, so we found this to be totally unacceptable.....
