Hydrogen Peroxide

So, our first dog was the ultimate consumer dog; everything went into his
mouth, no matter what it was, what it tasted like, how many sharp edges it
had. Quite a battle. Anyway, our vet told us that Hydrogen Peroxide works
very well when your dog swallows something really bad. A couple of
tablespoons (usually poured down the throat from the bottle while you have
the dogs head tilted back), and 3-5 minutes later everything comes back
up. Looks horrible, but its not really all that bad. 

Anyway, this saved us a couple of times with Acer. The Vet assured us every
which way that this was safe.

So, I guess Gina gets to put the stamp of approval (or the jackhammer of
death) on it.
