We were invited to participate in a pilot program a while ago and now the 
real program is up and running.

A bit of history is that eions ago Foxburrow GR's was on this site and I 
let the site owner know she was NOT reputable.  She was removed and from 
there the site owner and I have formed a good relationship...  He on 
occasion checks in with me on breeders he holds concern with.
