Sorry. I get hundreds of messages a day, so lots of stuff only gets
skimmed.  Renee just mentioned that I never responded to this. List related
problems should go to me (stoller@cs.utah.edu) directly so I read it!

Anyway, I looked at the log and it appears that the second message you are
required to send (that is, your reply to the reply you got from the list
server), never made it. Not sure what happened, but I just added you to the
list manually.
