Riley (purple)

Kim and I wanted to give you all a quick update on how Riley is doing. She is doing very well and getting bigger by the day. She has put on nearly 4 pounds since we brought her home. She is still not he most enthusiastic eater but seems to be getting enough. Riley has had her second shot and the vet gave her a great bill of health. We take her almost everywhere we go unless it is to warm out. She has been on several short hikes with me through the woods. We have played in the snow a couple of times, and she had her first professional photo shoot. What I am talking about is that I work up at Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. Last Thursday she went to work with me and the Orvis Co. was doing a photo shoot at Timberline and needed a golden puppy. She had over a 150 pictures taken with various models and loved every minute of it. She will be in the Orvis holiday catalogue this fall, so keep your eyes open for our little star. Kim and I as proud parents thought this warranted a little brag. We hope everyone is doing well and we enjoy all the e-mail.
