This is all good this way maybe you will be able to keep up with Ruby Rose 
in 4 months when she really gets to be a handful...  You think now is 
tough, oh you just wait!  <snicker>  Extra fiber in the mature human diet 
is what the Dr. orders you know!  Go easy on the cottage cheese though you 
might find an extra roll if you don't (on you not RR)
