Eye Clinic July 31, 2005 Salem

Hi All -  ( Some of you on this list are out of the area so I know you can 
not come to this but to serve as a reminder that eye health is important I 
have included you on this post)  Hope everyone is well!

A friend of mine is hosting a CERF eye clinic starting at 4:00 PM on Sunday 
July 31 in Salem.  If any of you would like to be added to my list of dogs 
going down please contact me by the 25th so that I can give Gwen a correct 
head count on the 26th.  The clinic starts at 4:00 but I don't know what 
"our" time slot is going to be as of yet.  You will need to be flexible on 
time....

What you will need to bring is:

1. your dog
2. copy of your AKC papers
3. write your microchip number on the copy of your papers
4. pen

Cost of this clinic is usually $12.00 to $13.00 very low cost!  All Goldens 
should be checked after a year of age and for pet dogs again at about 4, 
then again at 6, 8, and so on....
