Hi all you birthday boys and girls!!!!! Hunter is spending an unevenful afternoon in the laundry room sulking because he spent a very eventful morning playing in the mud and rain and now he is stinky wet and covered with mud. I will clean him up later but I need to get the towels washed again since I groomed him yesterday in honor of his birthday. Oh well he had a great time and loves the rain!!! Ok, we are supposed to sum up our year with our moon baby. How much time do you have???? Ha! it has been a great year. He has no formal training, we have trained him as you all know, he is very smart and when he is focused on birds or what have you. There is no questioning his drive to get the job done. He has a really good sense of humor and thinks he is a lap dog. He is more a stick dog than a ball dog, loves his kids and his best friend Sasha. He loves to go for rides in the car and insists that everyone pets him for at least 10 minutes. His fur is very wirery, curly and a strawberry red in color. His head is very broad and people always use the term "striking" when they describe his features. He knows the bus comes at 4:00 and is waiting patiently everyday to carry his "boys" back pack to the house for him. He loves to go camping and boating and knows if we get out certain bags from the storage room we are going and he waits patiently to jump into the truck. He is a very perceptive dog, he knows when your happy, sad, sick or mad. He responds with an unconditional love that will always make you laugh. He has several nicknames but he will always be our Hunter and we are glad to have him. Thanks again Gina!!!
