Thanks everyone!

Gina, you won't believe this one.....but I came home from work last night
and there's Monza chewing on a big bone in his kennel.  Just what you
suggested!  My mom got groceries and spotted them (I told her where they
were if she was passing through) in the freezer section.  That kept him
entertained to say the least!

I'll get one of those cubes, too.  These furry ones sure are inventive,
aren't they?  I'm hesitating on letting him be outside of the kennel by
himself.  My friends and family are raising the question.  My house isn't
completely Monza-proofed and if he gets tired of something, I just know
he'll get into mischief.  I've been leaving him out when I go and get the
mail, do stuff in the garage, run to the corner store, etc.  I'd consider
them short bursts.  I've also left him in the A/C'ed car for quite a long
time and he does wonderfully.  I'm just dealing with people that never used
kennels for their pets homes.

Thank you so much for the info on tracking.  It'll give me something to look
into over the lousy weekend we're expecting.  Forgot to tell you that all of
our ferns in the woods have been brown for a couple of weeks.  We had a
really HEAVY frost back then.  This morning it's 42 degrees and drizzling.
YIPPEE - gives so much incentive to get my rear in gear for work.....
