I started the five dollar thing for teeth when my son was losing his. He
actually had one with a long root on it. I felt so sorry for his pain,
that the "tooth fairy" left five bucks that night. Problem was, once she
started that, there was no going back. Now, poor Rocket, he gets nothing
when he loses them. Poor, poor Rocket. I think all the dogs scare the
fairies away!
