blueberries!

Hi.

>just sitting alert staring at the blueberry bushes where the birds really

Blueberry bushes, eh?! Guess what surrounds my house? No wonder. If we
ever get summer here, maybe we'll have some blueberries for him to pick. My
last dog picked berries so good that he never took a leaf off the bush.
When I was checking the kibble bag earlier, I noticed it contains
blueberries.

I'm thinking about one-on-one sessions with Monza until I can get him in a
group. Man, oh man, the way he picked up the fetch thing was incredible and
he just thinks he's so great prancing back with the ball. I want to do a
few more things with him & have some direction.

Gina......you should see how much Monza loves to ride, see people, go
places. He's could be the four-legged greeter at Wal-Mart - ha!

His other favorites are being held while you dance and sing (really I'm NOT
a dancer OR a singer, but my mom started this as a calming technique and it
occasionally works) and playing the piano. Go ahead, think I'm nuts, but if
you saw him strut up and down the keys hitting a few of the ones he likes
here and there with his paw.... It's the old piano - he has high falootin'
taste for real ivory licking.

>As well at her first obedience classes she barfed every time. She was so
nervous around other dogs...

Oh goodness - I can't imagine.

>Puppies pee! TRiX pees about every 30 minutes when she is awake and always
>when she wakes even from only a 5 minute nap. Some puppies are able to
>hold it longer some are not. This is not unusual nor doe it concern me in
>the slightest.

Great news! My vet and I discussed how he might need a little more time
with this holding it while out of the crate thing. He is still WONDERFUL in
the crate. He's also beyond being a gentleman when we're visiting. In
fact, he's being an angel right now by warming my feet.

Should I trim some of the little furries between his toes (the back ones)
before I Dremel his nails this coming weekend? We've been walking on
asphalt so his rear nails stay pretty good. They're rear-wheel drives,
aren't they? (just had to say it) Any other little grooming / maintenance
advice?
