City Creek Canyon

Details
City Creek is a nice ride for a variety of reasons.
It is close to the university (3.6 miles),
is closed to cars on odd-numbered days (all days in the off-season),
isn't all that steep,
and offers lots of shade.
The real work doesn't start until just before Lower Rotary (~4.4 miles).
From the gate to the top of the loop at Upper Rotary is
5.6 miles and 1360 vertical feet.
My P.R. is 31:30 (~46:00 from the U).
