This is being developed by Guy Watson (who is subscribed to this mailing list)
as part of his MS thesis work at the University of Utah.  I am sure Guy would
appreciate any feedback you have!

If you find bugs with this fuzzer, please let us know!  We are tracking bugs
discovered via Xsmith-based fuzzers.  E.g., give us a pointer to the PR.
