The power code supports either serial-controlled devices or SNMP-controlled
devices.  Writing a "module" for either of those shouldn't be too hard
assuming you have documentation on the serial CLI or the SNMP MIBs.

A quick look at this device doesn't mention "SNMP" but does say "an internal
web interface."  So presumably you can interact with it via HTTP.  Possibly
a bit more work.

More importantly is to make sure you have worked out the cost correctly.
Just because it has 16 controlled outlets, doesn't mean you will be able
to use them all.  If it has a 20A input, and the machines you want to hook
up pull more than 1A each, you are not going to be able to use all 16.
So now instead of $300 for 16 outlets, it is $300 for 10-12 outlets and now
maybe some other box is more cost effective.
