[Testbed-admins] Black Box Devices

I have a network device I want to add in as an allocatable node.  I 
would like to have the system turn on a number of experiment network 
ports and tie them up to other pc nodes.  I seem to remember seeing 
directions on how to do this somewhere, and I did some searching for 
them but I can't find any...  Do instructions on how to do this exist?
