[Testbed-admins] SNMP errors for APC controllers

Hi Guys,
   SInce our last upgrade to the emulab code from the CVS i have come
across these errors whenever i try to power cycle any machine connected
to our latest APC controller AP7932. Has something in the MIB's changed
or is it the emulab code. By the way the power cycle does work, but i
get these errors too on the screen.
