[Testbed-admins] Map of Emulab sites

I've made a map of the Emulab sites that we know about:

On some, particularly the ones at companies, I've had to guess where
they are based on publicly-available information (eg. what's on the
corporate website.)

Please let me know if I've missed any, miscategorized any, got the
location wrong, etc. My intention is to embed this map in the "other
emulabs" list on emulab.net. .
