Hello, PLOS 2011 attendees! This is an announcement of four recent updates
for the PLOS workshop:

	1. venue
	2. keynote speaker
	3. downloadable papers
	4. demonstrations

FIRST, the workshop will be held in Meeting Room XII of the Hotel Cascais
Miragem (the SOSP conference venue).

SECOND, we are very pleased to announce our keynote speaker, Gernot Heiser from
the University of New South Wales and NICTA. Gernot will be talking about the
role of language technology in trustworthy operating systems. For the full
abstract of his talk, visit the PLOS program page:

	http://www.plosworkshop.org/2011/program.shtml

THIRD, we want to let you know that the PLOS workshop papers are available for
download from the workshop Web site. We are looking forward to an interactive
and productive workshop, so we strongly encourage everyone to read the papers
before the workshop and come prepared with questions and feedback for the
presenters. To download the papers, visit the PLOS program page:

	http://www.plosworkshop.org/2011/program.shtml

***	To download the papers, you will need a username and password. Use the
same username ("sosp") and password that you would use to access the
SOSP '11 conference papers. The SOSP conference organizers recently
emailed this information to registered attendees. If you do not know
the password, send a request to Eric Eide <eeide at cs.utah.edu>.

FOURTH, we are very happy to announce that PLOS will include a demonstration
session. After the paper presentations, attendees will have a chance to see
some of the previously discussed systems "in action." The demonstration
session will lead into the working groups, which will conclude the workshop.

Thank you for deciding to attend PLOS 2011. We are looking forward to meeting
you all in Cascais!

Sincerely,

Eric Eide, University of Utah
Gilles Muller, INRIA/LIP6
Olaf Spinczyk, TU Dortmund
Wolfgang Schroeder-Preikschat, University of Erlangen
